Wheel's Reels Surf Blanks

   Due to the overwhelming response for the Inferno, a new rod has been designed with the intent of satisfying the fishing enthusiast who requires a rod that is easier to load.  The Fusion is a very light, "Heaver" style fishing blank that is more than capable of launching 8oz out of sight, yet shares the same extreme, fast action that fisherman have grown to expect from other Wheel's Reels blanks.  Through, new material science a specialty carbon fiber has been chosen for this blank that allows the modulus of elasticity to be increased, yet not compromise durability.  And at the same time reducing the overall blank weight by 25%! In real world speak, this is called "Getting your Cake and eating it too!"

• 22mm straight butt diameter, capable of utilizing a Fuji trigger seat.

• Can be set up for either Spinning or Conventional reels.

• Butt can be used at delivered 4 foot length or cut down as far as 2.5 feet and keep 28" reel seat position.

• Integral ferrule wrap, eliminating heavy ferrule wrap, without losing ability to use decorative over wrapping.

• Integral ferrule design with over 6" of engagement to increase strength and durability; no lubrication required.

• Utilizes #10 tip with "Solid Tip Technology" to provide the utmost in feel.

• Modulus of elasticity is twice that of Graphite, dramatically increasing the response of the rod.
