• Batson Enterprises is pleased to announce these new reel seat shims.  The shims are designed to fit existing Batson Enterprises (Forecast) reel seats of all types.  Made out of light yet durable high-density polyurethane foam these new shims are the answer for improved reel seat installations.  These shims offer the following benefits:
• Better Sensitivity.
• Impervious to moisture and rot.
• Improved bond between blank and reel seat.
• Easy to ream to fit blank diameter.
• Faster installation of reel seats.
• We suggest first gluing shim in place inside reel seat, let it dry, then ream out the assembly and glue in place on rod blank.

• Please note that these shims were designed to fit Batson Enterprises reel seats.  They may fit other reel seats but please look at the dimensions listed and check the size to see if it will fit any non-Batson products.
